Portfolio Management

OptiVest Investment Suite includes an advanced Portfolio Management tool. It allows users to create an unlimited number of stock portfolios and track their individual progress. Each company in the portfolio is monitored and a performance indicator is used to indicate it's status. Stop prices can be set for each individual company, if these prices are then matched the portfolio management tool will alert you, ensuring you never lose a substantial investment.

Entire portfolio assessment is done for the stocks currently held in the portfolio, and the portfolio's performance since it's creation, making it easy to see which companies and portfolios are performing well, and which are not.

It is possible to buy or sell shares (go short) in the past, then date those purchases to the current date, this makes it possible to test investment strategies using historic data without even trading.
