Director Dealings

The Director Dealings tool lists all of the major director dealings that have occurred over the current date. It provides details of the company, the director, the date of the trade, the type of transaction (buy or sell), the quantity of shares and the price, and the total sum of the transaction. Each row in the table represents a separate director dealing.

Investors often use director dealings as an indicator on how confident the directors are in the upcoming performance of their company. If a director invests heavily in their company, they appear to be confident in their future performance. If they are selling heavily then it may be an indication that the director is uncertain of the company's future performance.
